[Update] Vercel Privacy Notice and New Subprocessors

 

We have updated our Privacy Notice to reflect new feature developments and product expansion.

Notable updates include:

  • Updates to our data protection compliance and security practices, including the Data Privacy Framework certification.
  • More details on jursidiction-specific information based on regulatory developments, including new data subject rights and enhanced processes for exercising those rights.
  • Improved readability and clarity around Vercel's services, the information collected, and how it is disclosed.

By continuing to use Vercel's services, you acknowledge that you have read this updated Privacy Notice.

Additionally, we have updated our subprocessor list. We have removed the following subprocessors:

  • Planhat AB (Sweden)

and added the following:

  • GitHub, Inc. (USA) for community support and communication services
  • Kasada Inc. (USA) for fraud prevention services

These third-party data processors, engaged by Vercel to provide services in accordance with your instructions, have been evaluated as part of Vercel's third-party risk management process.
